Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received less than 30 days before the event. If you are unable to attend after your name has been submitted, we welcome a substitute.We will need the name change for that attendee at least one business day prior to the event. No-show fees apply. Upon confirmed registration, a confirmation letter will be sent to the office within 30 days of the scheduled event.
