| If
you have previously attended a "Basic Operations"
seminar, you should find the contents of this
seminar to be a solid review of daily PTOS
fundamentals. Even clients that have attended
the basic class more than once have commented
that: |
| "I
always learn something new. It's a great review
for me, plus I enjoy just being in the environment
with other PTOS users. Someone will ask a
particular question, or share another perspective
that gives me more tools to deal with Medicare." |
| This
course is ideally suited to newer users of
PTOS, and those more experienced users interested
in learning helpful shortcuts and hints to
save time. So, even if you've used the system
for a while, if you have not yet attended
the basic class, you are going to be glad
you came! Experience has shown that understanding
and mastering basic fundamentals is often
the key to successful patient balance and
report calculations at the advanced level.
This class is also an excellent place for
anyone in your office who needs to be "cross-trained"
on PTOS procedures. Also we've had requests
from therapists/directors/owners who would
like to have a fundamental understanding of
PTOS operations. |
| Topics
for the BASIC class: |
 |
Daily/Weekly
system operations |
 |
System
backup strategies |
 |
Building
new codes |
 |
Patient
entry shortcuts |
 |
Charge
and payment posting options and strategies |
 |
Listing,
editing or modifying entries |
 |
Patient
balance calculations; and the basics
of billing output. |
|
| 2009 Advanced Management Seminar |
An
experienced PTOS users looking to move to
the next level of PTOS expertise will get
a lot from this seminar as well as those managers/directors
with the responsibility of managing PTOS operations.
It is presumed that attendees here have a
good understanding of the topics in the Basic
class, and attending both classes is recommended
if you have never attended the basic class
before! (plus you get a discount for both
days!) This would be an ideal opportunity
to quickly learn the complete operation of
the system.
If you have previously attended the Advanced
Seminar class in the past couple of years,
you will definitely want to come back this
year to see what we've added to the system.
With the new VERSION 3.5!! Experience some
of the new ideas and topics that will be presented
this year.
While you'll find the contents of this seminar
to be a solid review of Month End procedures,
veteran users will find this seminar to be
an extension of previous Advanced Management
Seminars. |
